The product came on time and was packaged nicely. The material is very soft and easy on the neck, it feels very comfortable. As someone with a small neck, it fits very well (second picture it the lowest/tightest setting, first is one of the looser ones.) The jewelry actual came fairly fast in my opinion- around a little less than a month. the jewelry feels really heavy and like actual metal. only thing i could say might not be metal is the little keys (check out photo) but this was really cheap and good for its price so i recommend it. i didn't wind up needed to talk to the seller. cool jewelry and all three peices that were listed in the set ce undamaged.
